TMOM Pre-Screen Event Information

Unfortunately, all appointments for the pre-screen event are now full. However, attending the pre-screen is not required to receive care at the main event on November 8th and 9th. We recommend walk-up patients arrive by 5:00 AM to secure a spot in line.

What Happens at Pre-Screen:

• Medical History and Vitals: We gather your medical history information and take vital signs to ensure we have a comprehensive understanding of your health.
• Oral Exam and X-Rays: A dental professional will conduct an oral exam and take necessary x-rays to assess your dental needs.
• Purpose: By completing these steps beforehand, you’ll spend minimal time waiting at the main event. Upon arrival, you’ll go directly to the treatment chair to be seen by a dentist.

Optional Participation:

• Pre-Screens are Optional: While attending the pre-screen event is recommended for a streamlined experience, it is not mandatory to receive treatment at the main event.
• Walk-Up Participants: If you choose to attend the pre-screen as a walk-up, please note the process includes patient registration, vitals, dental exams, x-rays, and treatment. Expect this to take up to 6 hours.
• Registration: No appointments are available. However, pre-screen attendance is not a requirement to get seen at the main event. Walk-Ups are welcomed on November 8th and 9th.

Important Details:

• No Documentation Needed: There is no requirement for documents, proof of identification, or insurance.
• Free of Charge: Both the pre-screen and main event are completely free of charge.
