FALLS COUNTY CANCELATION INFORMATION

Dear Patients and Falls County Community Members,

It is with deep regret that we inform you that the Texas Mission of Mercy Falls County event, scheduled for July 19th and 20th, 2024, has been canceled. This decision was made due to severe storm damage at the event venue, which has unfortunately rendered it unsafe to proceed as planned.

We understand and share in the disappointment that this news brings, especially considering the vital dental care services we aimed to provide to our community. Please know that this decision was made with everyone’s safety as our top priority.

Additionally, we regret to inform you that the pre-screening events originally scheduled for June 28th and 29th are also canceled due to the main event cancellation.

Looking ahead, we remain hopeful and committed to returning to Falls County at a future date to provide essential dental care to those in need.

We do have two upcoming events where we hope to see you:

• Amarillo: November 8th and 9th, 2024
• Bryan College Station: February 28th – March 1st, 2025

We understand that Bryan College Station may be the closest location to you for our upcoming events in the near future. We encourage you to mark your calendars for these dates, as they may provide an opportunity for us to serve you closer to home.
