HYGIENE STUDENT JOB DESCRIPTION

Hygiene Students: Students enrolled in a State of Texas dental hygienist program.

  • Responsibilities: Assist Hygienist in delivering basic dental hygiene services under supervision. 
  • Duties: Perform cleanings, apply fluoride and sealants, take X-rays, and educate patients on oral hygiene practices under supervision of a Dental Hygiene instructor. 

AREAS IN WHICH HYGIENE STUDENT ARE NEEDED

This is where patient treatment is performed. Dentists, Hygeinists, Hygeine Students, Registered Dental Assitants are the eligible to work on the treatment floor.
