D1-D2 DENTAL STUDENT CATEGORY DESCRIPTION

Students enrolled in their first or second year in dental school in State of Texas.

D1 -D2 students typically work on the treatment floor assisting dentists. D1- D2 students can also volunteer in X-Ray, infection control, supply and sterilization.

AREAS IN WHICH D1-D2 DENTAL STUDENTS ARE NEEDED

This is where patient treatment is performed. Dentists, Hygeinists, Hygeine Students, Registered Dental Assitants are the eligible to work on the treatment floor.
