TMOMs are designed to bring dental services to individuals who cannot obtain care any other way. Our usual model for TMOM patients is based on a first come, first served basis. Due to COVID-19 all patients will be prescreened a few weeks before the event and given an appointment time for the event. Although the date and the city of each event may be posted above, the physical location will not be disclosed until two weeks before each event. Texas Mission of Mercy in San Angelo

Where: To be release to patients prescreened on May 21st in San Angelo.
Time: By appointment only assigned during prescreen event on May 21st
*Registration: The prescreening will be on May 21st from 8am-4pm and the TMOM event will be on June 4th & 5th. Filling out this form does not guarantee an appointment or to receive any dental services through the TDA Smiles Foundation or Texas Mission of Mercy. Light Breakfast and Lunch will be provided while you wait.
What to Bring: Any medications prescribed to you. No ID (but helpful) or other paperwork needed.
Dental Procedures that we provide at these events are: Dental services provided will include basic pain-relieving and preventative procedures such as fillings and extractions. This event will NOT include hygiene, root canals and dentures.
Procedures we will not do: NO ROOT CANALS, NO HYGIENE, NO DENTURES, NO WHITENING, NO IMPLANTS, NO VENEERS, NO CROWN OR BRIDGE WORK & NO COSMETIC DENTISTRY.
*Everyone attending the prescreening and actual event will be required to wear a mask. If you are experiencing COVID-19 Symptoms, you will not be permitted to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS.
